Advantages of PETROJET

Burning does not produce any compounds that could damage the chimney or boiler. PETROJET burners do not produce any kind of smell, which could bother surroundings. There is working temperature around 1200°C. PETROJET burners do not use stand-by mode (or damping mode) where fuel burns at low temperature and low efficiency which produce a lot of smoke and emissions. PETROJET burners operate at the highest environmental class with near zero emissions of CO (Carbon oxide). PETROJET burner’s efficiency is up to 95 %.

Extended operating lifetime thanks to nearly perfect combustion (burning efficiency up to 95 %) and very high temperatures inside the burner. There are no residual compounds lodging inside that could potentially damage the boiler. The fuel is almost completely transformed into heat.

Fuel
Plant bio pellets, technical crops, corn, or even tailings ( agricultural waste from crops refining ).
Fuel costs are from 2000 CZK to 15 000 CZK for two-floor family house. Plant bio pellets are easily accessible and usually for half price compared to wooden bio pellets. We can recommend you fuel supplier from our plant bio pellets producer’s database.

Very low operating costs
It is possible to save up to 2/3 – almost 70% on operating costs in comparison with other automatic heating systems. The PETROJET automatic boiler is able to handle the sintering property of plant based fuel with ease.

No problem with plant fuel caking!
The PETROJET burning system can easily handle this attribute of plant fuel. Special cylindrical rotary construction of the burning chamber removes eventual sinters and rolls them away into ashtray thereby reducing the need for maintenance.

Fully automatic system
The PETROJET boilers are fully automatic boilers, which offer variety of power output. All our boilers have automatic ignition system. Ignition can be initialized by common indoor thermostat. Human operator must only fill fuel storage and throw ash out once a week.
